The WhatsApp system for opening the door didn't work so we had to call one of the remote hosts, which took about 10 more minutes, but they were helpful.

"Pestering hosts, locked in bedroom and apartment."

The location.

The constant pestering of the staff via WhatsApp and email prior check in to pay the tourist tax via Bank Transfer. Don’t understand why it is not included in the price like everywhere else . Dodgy door in the room, had to call host at 23:30 as I was locked in my own room. Same for front door apartment. Access through front door only via WhatsApp, which made me RUN for 20 minutes to the accommodation to gain entrance as I was running out of batteries and had no charger with me. Very stressful stay. Host needs to invest a bit more in the mattress as it is old and also in doors and general furniture. Didn’t feel comfortable.

"Good location for a money."

Location was excellent. It was very spacious. Two bathrooms. A lot of toilet paper etc. Shower gels in both bathrooms.

Equipment in the kitchen wasn’t too good. It’s not ready for 6 people. No AC. Problems with mold and humidity. Check out very early (10 am), cleaning staff was there already 10:10. Very poor contact with the host (very long response time).

Spacious apartment , 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen/ we only had breakfast there/ 15 mins walk from central station close to centro storico. Perfect choice for 5-7 persons

The central location was nice. The room was clean. I needed to stay till 11 and they let me so it was nice of them. I appreciated. The check out time was 10 normally

There was no way to see the staff. We could communicate through whatsapp only. Not even a voice message

Perfect location, clean rooms, nice decorations, big and well-equipped kitchen, supermarket downstairs, good price, two shared bathrooms

Noisy rooms, they want you to send photos of your documents by WhatsApp for check in, the host is never there, so it's a bit complicated to get in
