La atención fue regular

Estaba sucio, no te dejan jabón o champo en el baño, ni si quiera toallas o el secador de cabello, la cama era muy incomoda, me dieron un control rotó para usar la televisión, en fin, muchísimas cosas que mejorar, menos mal que solo me quede una noche

Terrible este hotel confirme mi llegada llamé desde el aeropuerto confirmando de nuevo que ya iba para allá Una vez llegue al hotel me dicen q no tiene habitaciones que me ofrecen una habitación en un “apartamento” que debo compartir baño . Terrible la atención de este hotel y la falta de respeto a las 9:30 de la noche tuve que buscar otro hotel

No respetan a los clientes y sus reservas y luego ofrecen una habitación terrible y compartir baño

Al llegar me pidieron otro dinero porque lo que pagué no les alcanzaba que Uds les descuentan algo de sus beneficios y ellos se los pasan al usuario no estoy de acuerdo con esa política
