Very dirty. Hairs in beds

The friendly atmosphere and staff very helpful

We chose it because it was close to the airport. This is correct.

There were two of us but I arrived early and when the room was given to me only one towel was given a very small one and because my daughter didn't arrive they never gave me the other towel. In any hotel you visit if the booking is for two people, enough towels and bedding is given. Not sure why was different here. There were no many places open to eat or to have breakfast. Staff service was not very friendly. Even it was close to the airport they charge higher than a regular taxi.

The only thing is kinda good, is the location.

THE WORST EVER!!! They DO NOT PROVIDED WATER, we did not even voyld take a shower. Plus, the room smelled awful. Noisy and the people at the front desk did not know anything about customer service.

I was charged more than I had already paid online. and the lousy service didn't give me a Wi-Fi password in my room.

Nunca encontraron mi reserva, le mostré el itinerario entregado por hoteles.com pero su grosería y negatividad a atender mi solicitud me desanimó y la única solución era que pagara la noche de hotel nuevamente y más costosa que en la reserva, camas de mal olor y pésimo servicio.

Our check-in was fast and the room was clean.

There is no elevator, they promised to find us food and then 30 mins later they told us that the food service was not working at night and at that point all food apps restaurants were already closed, we ended having dinner at 2am.

Terrible este hotel, no lo recomiendo para nada, pague 4 noches y no pude ni pasar 1 entera ahi, al llegar me querian cobrar mas, estaban dizque fumigando y no podia entrar , y el ruido es demasiado, se vende como hotel familiar para descansar pero es un motel donde se escucha a los de al lado teniendo S*x* , no vale la pena.
