Great staff with wonderful accommodations

The person who checked in was very helpful. We only got a double bed instead of two beds. Our room was not made up even though when we left there were THREE cleaning carts on the floor. They did bring up clean towels and linens. The morning breakfast if you want to call it was mediocre at best. The worst was the coffee and it was nothing more than colored water and barely warm. Totally unacceptable.

Clean and friendly

Clean, nice room, but staff refused to address noise issues...2 women 6 kids in hot tub screaming heads off until 1030 at night..so loud kept 1 whole side of motel awake, when contacted front desk their response was they have a right to be there too..tjey didnt care about the insane noise.

Clean room, pool area, and breakfast area. Excellent room design. Pocket doors for room bathroom are hard to open and close.

The location and common facilities were great.

There was a very noisy fan that kept turning on all night - I couldn't tell if it was in the room or the giant utility just outside the window, but it made it very difficult to sleep.

Nice hotel

The pool was nice, the room was clean, and the service was great!
