The location. The rest of the experience was worse than terrible

The room was filthy, everything stank and was deeply unclean. The room had no element of peace or comfort whatsoever, we felt like we were in prison with the shouting and screaming of the other residents and people in the street. The smell, the atmosphere were all incredibly horrible.
