Room cleaners with smiling face

The service extremely very bad, not helpful, Everyday of my stay I need to call the housekeeping to clean the room n change our towels etc. literally I was doing the managers job. This apartment gave a worst view. The water bottle was not a mineral water, they provide the local water in glass bottle. When I requested for mineral bottle the property ask me to buy. As a Genius 3rd level frequent travel client uses booking.com. I didn’t get any additional benefit, like room upgrading and free breakfast. Broken electric jug. Not worth of money , too expensive n I Paid USD 500+ . I will not recommend this property.
