Accommodating, clean, safe, and location is superb

Quiet, nice rooms, comfy beds, and good facilities. The pool is very nice with a great view of Phnom Penh. Nice restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets around. Very close to the Russian Market.

Arranged early check in but when we arrived our rooms weren't ready. Location is a little bit out of the way.

Rooftop pool is very nice. Location is good for the district. Most things are new.

Only one of the electrical outlets actually worked. The toiletries were not refilled. The shampoo was almost empty, and there was no conditioner. Upon check out, I had to wait for them to inspect the room. So, build that in to your time when you’re planning to leave, it took about 15 minutes that I really didn’t have.

We booked a penthouse for six guests. Of the four bedrooms, two were not usable during the stay. One bedroom perhaps has a dead rat in the bathroom sewage pipe. It was stinking unbearably. The odour was lingering in the living room too. We couldn't use the bedroom at all! The air-conditioning of another bedroom was not functioning. The staff could not fix it either. Huge bummer! In spite of booking a four bedroom penthouse for a comfortable stay, we were forced to confine ourselves to only two bedrooms, resulting in an inconvenient and cramped living situation. We had to improvise by carrying one of the mattresses into the usable room to accommodate three people. Three people in a room... not the experience we had expected. Very few staff speak English, so we could not communicate our problems. We tried to message via booking.com but got no response during our stay. That was not all. When managed to speak with the evening receptionist and requested for a discount or resolution, she asked us to take an adjacent apartment or checkout and book another hotel!!

Location, quality, staff, facilities, value for money, free laundry machines; Everything was great.
