Sehr nettes Personal, trotz späterer Anreise wurden wir toll empfangen. Das Frühstück fanden wir richtig gut. Das Zimmer war für uns sehr komfortabel. Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und strahlt eine gute Atmosphäre aus. Würden es jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Da wir etwas früh angereist sind hat man uns nicht so freundlich begrüßt ! Das Zimmer war seit langem nicht vom Staub befreit worden ! Auch am nächsten Tag wurde nicht durchgesaugt! Sehr schade !

Frühstück, Lage, Schwimmbad warm, Kaffeemaschine am Nachmittag incl. Lademöglichkeit E Bike Akku Fächer im Eingangsbereich. Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter+ Restaurant positiv. Preise Leistung stimmt

Fahrradunterstellung zu klein bei vielen Rädern, Lademöglichkeit im Aussenbereich leider keinen Wetterschutz Ladegeräte bei Regen Fächer zum Laden könnten erhöht werden

"Sehr ruhige Lage außerhalb von Kühlungsborn"

Das Restaurant, die Freundlichkeit des Personals, das Frühstücksbüfett, die Außenanlage, die Unterbringung unserer E-Bikes, das Laden der Akkus.

Die Dusche mit Sockel und für MICH war die Matratze zu weich.
