Guests will receive access codes in a text message or an email prior to arrival. Please note that the property is located on the first and second floor and there is no elevator available. Due to the change in tax regulations, the identification number should be provided before paying the fee. After printing the fiscal receipt without a tax identification number, it will not be possible to issue an invoice. If you need an invoice, please provide your details when making your reservation.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with. A deposit may be required at the property.
