The location was great and the restaurants in walking distance was excellent

The hot water was luke warm at best. After a long drive you look forward to a hot shower and we didnt get that.

Staff was fantastic! Peaton checked us in and was on top of her game in being helpful and her super positive attitude! She needs a raise! she helped us with identifying a place to get food since we checked in around 7:30

Convenient to hospital and restaurants

There was some mold/mildew in the caulked area of the tub. Only in corners, but this is an easy fix and should be priority to keep it clean.

"Fantastic location but left wondering what happened to past management."

Great location with so many walkable dining places nearby. Had disappointing overall hotel experience last stay. Thought we would give it another chance after years of great experiences. Visit went immediately downhill with a strangely argumentative front desk person who was unfamiliar with their own hotel. Overall maintenance and conditions even worse this time. Skipped breakfast, checked out early, won’t be back.

Thought the hotel was very good...Seemed clean and well maintained.Ice machine on 4th floor was broke. Bathroom had black whatever in shower...Not sure..A dumpster was emptied at a restaurant on the other side of ther the street around 2 AM..A semi was running from around 5 AM on in the front parking lot unloading for the restaurants ..All employees were very friendy and did a great job..Breakfast was the usual but the lady doing it was the friendliest ever..would stay again
