The staffs are amazing and very flexible. Location is great to walk around. The fridge is always full with breakfast food that you can self serve any time all day. The apartment was quiet and the bed was very comfy. Shower was great and room was spacious. Shout out to the cleaning lady who cleans like its ritz Carlton! Exceptional stay and I’d definitely stay here again next time!

WiFi kept disconnecting but i think this issue can easily be resolved with a technician.

The property is located in a decent location, close to most points of interest. Good value for money as the rooms were modern, clean and of decent size. We had access to a coffee machine and refrigerator in the lounge, which was a bonus.

The paid Parking Lot is quite the walk from the property, a bit complicated to get to. Driving is not for the faint of heart in Palermo, be warned. The property itself is situated in a building which is under construction, so the public area, i.e. the elevator and stairs, are quite dirty. The main door from the street to get in, was very difficult to open most of the time. The host was not happy with us using the air conditioning in the lounge area and was quiet sour that we left it on. Keep in mind that the temperature was well over 35C deg during our stay in Palermo and the entry area would become hot and stuffy making it uncomfortable to use the lounge if the A/C was not operating. We felt it was pretty much standard that we could use the AC as we wished, since we were paying for our stay, just saying. The TV in our bedroom was the size of a computer screen, relatively useless unless standing right in front of it, kind of funny.

The reason we chose here was the location and it was simply very good. It is located in the main streets and it is within walking distance far everywhere. The room was big and comfortable. We are satisfied with it.

Since it is located on the main street, the noise may be a problem for light sleepers. If you plan to wake up late or rest too much, I would recommend finding somewhere quiet. Finding a parking spot was also challenging since it is around ZTL zone and Google Maps does not inform you about it.
