Stay Calm, Stay Gold....take me Home to Tulsa! Deco to Disco luxury bombardment at the Mother Road Capital, all on Tulsa Time! After 20 years I was fortunate to return the Oilman's Hotel, as my Father called it; a Tulsa Oilman of highest caliber. I even to got hold doors for two glowin' Brides on their Honeymoons to ensure Oil City hospitality never dies, just as the Staff does for all. Deco grace in style with that Okie welcome, so book it! Stop thinkin' like a Hwy 66 slow lane change. Valet Services: James! I will note the Valet has guts, and guts is enough to roll a 880 horsepower Dark Horse Mustang (Hennessey Charged) like a skilled champ! He wouldn't do a burnout despite my telling him Jesus told me to tell him he said do a burnout with my horse. We're going to make do it him on the next Rodeo. My husband and I stayed at this property for just an overnight. This hotel is beautiful with good Valet service. You can walk to many attractions. The room was huge and so was the bathroom. It was actually on the art deco tour we took with Tulsa Tours. The young lady at the front desk took the time to write down and have delivered to our room a list of suggested restaurants. The only negative was the A/C. It was incredibly loud. When we checked out, we mentioned this and we were told that they are aware of this and that there were possible other rooms with quieter Hvac systems. Who knows! This is a building with a lot of interesting history!

Beautiful Art Deco design with modern finishes and fixtures inspired by that design. Quiet, comfortable and convenient to Downtown. Friendly staff and excellent service

This review is of both the hotel and the attached restaurant, Chamber. This was the second Curio collection that we stayed at in Oklahoma. The care and comfort is very good. The hotel is centrally located. The room was huge and very comfortable. Service was very good from the valets, to reception, to housekeeping. The building has been beautifully restored - including the terrazo floors in the rooms. After a few nights at the Tulsa Club, we had breakfast at their restaurant - Chamber. The name comes from the fact that the Chamber of Commerce offices were in the Tulsa Club at some time. Service was great, food was fresh and good. We walked through the night before and the night manager, Rowena, engaged us in conversation. When she learned of our interest in history and historic preservation, she took us to the upper level, former ballroom of the building. What a treat. She knows so much about the history of the building. Her attention made our stay at the hotel special.

The building and idea are cool. It is unique. The location if you want to see the art deco district is excellent. Our room had extremely high ceilings, the original floor and huge windows. Where things failed was in the customer service area. Checking in was not very friendly nor were we informed about points or a monetary value toward breakfast, or that there even was breakfast. The hotel was pretty much empty and an upgrade as diamond members would have been appreciated. We did find breakfast in the attached restaurant, though we had to find it ourselves after asking about it, was very nice and had good portions. Valet parking for a fee is available. Will not be returning. Not worth the money.
