"Discriminated Against for ADA Service Dogs, Harassed by Staff, and Screamed at by Owner"

⸻ I was charged an illegal pet fee for my ADA service dogs, harassed by front desk staff and manager, and Roy Ward screamed at me personally over the phone after my stay. My review was removed in an attempt to erase this discrimination. The entire experience was humiliating, hostile, and unacceptable.

This hotel was truly lovely. We had a nice, big room, perfectly clean, and everyone was very nice. Breakfast was great, with much to choose from. The only downside was that the bathroom doesn’t have a real door that closes; it’s a sliding door with gaps around it, so there isn’t much privacy at all. Other than that, perfect!
