The front desk lady was very nice, and she kindly asked me to pay $100 fee with my credit card upon arrival. The location is great, it's 2-3 minutes walk from the Del Mar street which has free transportation, every 15-20 minutes it takes you straight to the pier and you can enjoy the beautiful ride, you can definitely tip the trolly driver. I love the Fisherman's restaurant at the pier, the food is always fresh and you get to sit on the balcony and enjoy the fresh ocean air. There are plenty of nice boutiques, a decent size public library with the free parking space in the back. Del Mar street looks amazing at night with all the trees decorated with LED lights.

My $100 hold fee which was paid upon arrival was never refunded. On top of that, I was supremely disappointed that there was a big water leak from the ceiling above, I was not reimbursed for the stay nor was offered get a discount or a safer room. The light switches glitched because of the water leak. The hotel fees which were paid did not meet my expectations, therefore, I can't call this transaction as a fair exchange of goods and services. I'm still hoping to get my $100 back. Also, the amount of noise from the restaurant on the top floor was unbearable, this was never disclosed when I booked the reservation, and noise from the foot traffic and dragging the furniture on the floor was unacceptable. I was offered two complimentary cards (which i never used). It offered 2 free alcohol drinks from the restaurant, even though I don't drink alcohol. Can someone help me get my questions answered and get my money back?

this place was garbage, from the constant HVAC turbulence to the restaurant noise in the kitchen, this place was insanity, and there was only WORTHLESS IDIOT AI communication once we got there, what a horrible experience !!!!
