good: good location, boutique style hotel, value for money. bad: background noise that cannot be ignored

The most lousy hotel /stay in the world Half way painting,oily floor ,mosquitoes flying,blood stain on wall.definitely spoiled my holidays mood and cause I find another hotel in the midnight 2am.very very bad smell cause my head dizziness whole day and can’t do anything.very bad service from front desk .come in while guest not in and left water bottle in room as pic attached.definitely will let everyone know this bad experience i have.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻very poor and sad

The room was to small and cramped And noisy at nite given a night cafe beside it

Although we booked this hotel, we didn’t’t end up staying. We found the room much too small, plus there was no wardrobe, just a rail above the desk (and kettle). We didn’t know you had to leave your shoes in the lobby before booking. The roadworks outside (although temporary) were the last straw so we stayed elsewhere. The receptionist was great about it, explaining that it’s more a backpacker’s place, which we are not. The receptionist was great and suggested we claimed a refund, so fair enough to the staff on-site.

Room had good ambience and property is clean

No breakfast, no kitchen and check-in & check-out not flexible
