Home2 Suites By Hilton Silver Spring

During a very difficult time when my fathers apartment building had been temporarily condemned due to a flooding and lack of electricity and water, his renters insurance placed us at The Home2 Suites in Silver Spring. After several days of confusion and struggle, with my father being on oxygen and disabled, I cannot describe to you the wonderful experience that Faynus provided to us during our stay at Home2 Suites! From the very beginning, as we checked in late at night, exhausted and stressed out, her amazing demeanor was a beacon of peace and comfort. She was patient, accommodating and a true angelic presence! During our stay, she continued to be every hotel guests dream Representative! She went way above and far beyond to ensure our stay at Hhome2 was the best it could possibly be and more! Faynus is the type of employee that ANY company would be lucky to have represent them and should hold in high esteem and regard. She has a natural ability to listen, analyze and quickly solve any problem, no matter how big or small it may seem in an innate and professional yet personal manner that left us in awe of her abilities and skills time and time again! If I ran a hotel, I would hire Faynus to manage it in heartbeat! Her work ethic, skills and smile are infectious and no doubt can imorove even the brightest of atmospheres! I could go on forever about how great the suite was, how cloud like the bed was, how quiet and clean the room was, how tasty the breakfast spread was and how peaceful our stay at Home2 was but the shining star was most definitely Faynus and her AWESOME, upper echelon level of care she provided us! She catered to my fathers every need and being disabled, his needs can sometimes be quite demanding but Faynus had him smiling and talking about her the whole stay, and still complimenting her after 4 days back at home! Thank you so much Faynus and we hope to stay at Home2 suites again soon, under better circumstances, we look forward to seeing her smile again!!!!

The property charged me an occupancy tax? And state tax? To which was almost 25$ extra dollars on top of the hefty 150$ a night guest room stay..

The water could have been hotter.. literally didn’t feel clean after a shower..
