Mount Inn Kazbegi

That's a great place to stay in Stepancmida (a clean room, nice people at the hotel reception, free wi-fi, many restaurants nearby)

Want to leave my review about our one night in Mount Inn Kazbegi. We were traveling from Kazakhstan by car and booked this hotel just for one night as already was difficult to drive and we wanted to sleep. Everything was so good, clean and the personnel were so nice and friendly. And we liked the view so much!!!! If you are traveling to Stepantsminda please also visit this hotel.

Great hotel, nice staff and well located. Amazing mountain view from my room. Good parking for a motorcycle.

Shame the roof top bar and restaurant was closed.

Good location and secure motorcycle parking.

Sadly the wifi was out and the roof top bar closed! It's a little pricy but so is the whole town.

The guy at the front desk was very helpful. Even waking up another guest to move his car so we could leave

This is the best hotel in the world: best food, best views, best service, best air. It is like a Paradise on the Earth. The food is so brilliant that it gives you a feeling of being an Emperor, nature is fantastic it gives you a brilliant feeling.

Our stay was marred by: - Inconsistent water supply, with no cold water from 3 AM to 6 PM and no hot water for showering or washing - Terrible Wi-Fi service that constantly disconnected - Dirty, smelly bed sheets - Lack of basic amenities, including toilet paper - Dim lighting and excessive noise due to the ground-floor restaurant - Small, dirty bathroom with a non-functional heating system - Disconnected landline phone - Untruthful and untrustworthy staff who lied about hot water availability Despite my extensive travel experience in Asia, I've never encountered such poor conditions. This hotel is not worthy of its 3-star rating – at best, it deserves 1 star. The rooms are noisy, with no split system, hot water, or robes. The constant arguing and swearing among staff, combined with the overpowering smell of spices, made it impossible to sleep. The only redeeming feature is the view from the non-functional terrace. Please take this review seriously and avoid supporting businesses that exploit tourists."
