Sea view guest house

Great location, quiet street very close to motorway. Melissa was very friendly, great communication. Spa was available but we didn't have time to utilise it! Nice fluffy towels on a heated rail. Breakfast provided was a bonus. Good value for price.

Only bathroom hand basins available for water, one of which drains poorly. Very little space for making coffees. Pink mould in shower, dusty in places. Although our bed in the separate room was comfy it was noisy on the wall side every time I rolled over! This has been a beautiful home, could do with some freshening up now though, water damage(?) to ceiling and bathroom cabinetry. We requested off street parking but it was gone when we returned after checking in. We had to park a number of houses up the street late at night with two kids. We didn't realise it was part of someone else's home until after booking, it just seemed a bit strange to us but we are used to dedicated motels.

The location was great, the spa and pool were great.

Although we used the fan during and after our showers, there was still noticeable condensation on the ceiling, which ended up dripping on me while I was getting ready. The bathroom had a damp, musty smell, and there were signs of water damage on the vanity, including swelling in the wood. The floor rugs also didn’t feel very clean the space might feel fresher without them.

The location was excellent, stunning views. We even got breakfast provided, with tea, coffee big milk and bread.

There was nothing we did not like.

Great hospitality, everything we needed was there, Melissa is very thoughtful and the place was spotless. Spa and pool were an absolute treat. Plus off street parking!

Melissa was very friendly and arranged everything according to our needs.She even arranged a very nice Porta cot for my baby.Me and my daughters had a wonderful stay.Thank you Melissa.
