非対人接触。チェックインがフロント無いので不便。ただしテレビ電話対応あり。オートロック玄関のパスワードやチェックインで予約番号分からないとどうにもならない。

博多駅からはタクシーで片道1300円程度。コンサートホール（福岡マリンメッセ？福岡国際会議場）からは近くて良かった。
