博多駅方面　天神方面へ出掛けやすい ウオーターフロント(ヘイサイドプレイス)も近い

いわゆる博多五町の古い密に立ち並んだ住宅街なので土地勘のないひとには見つけ辛いかも 施設はパッと見きれいだが掃除は行きとどかずカビだらけで変な匂いもこもっていた

エアコンのフィルターがなぜかはみ出た状態で取り付けてあり、埃がすごかったです。ベッドのフレームの隙間も埃まみれで、埃吸って寝てるんだろうなと思いました。料金も格安なので目を瞑らないといけないところもあると思うんでしょうが、ホテルである以上清掃面は少し頑張った方が良いんじゃないでしょうか？他の方も口コミで指摘されてる内容なので、良い加減改善した方がいいと思います。
