Clean facility.

My room was not sound proof. The guests and staff walking in the hall can be heard and disrupts sleep. The breakfast can be better cooked. The meats were very dry.

Very nice newer hotel, well maintained. No swimming pool and the restaurant was closed for renovations but the breakfast cafe was open.

The bed is comfortable and the location is centrally located near establishments

There is no bedside lamp on my side of the bed and no phone to call reception from our de luxe room.The staff were great especially the breakfast staff but the hotel policy on early check in is unacceptable. I am a genius user and I always get accommodations on early check from all over the world. I sent them an email prior but no reply. I arrived jet lagged from the flight and they told me there is a 50% charge on the early check which is too much as I came in around 9am already. Later on upon checkout, I was charged for 50% of the regular rate of the hotel room and not half of the daily rate I got when I booked online. 2100 php is a very expensive charge for early check in. I was very disappoonted.

Friendliness of the staff overall. Every request I had they fulfilled it immediately.

The hotel is tastefully decorated and appointed, giving a fresh vibe to the place. The rooms are enormous and extremely comfortable. The staff were also very attentive and accommodating of our requests.
