NZGreat location right by the swimming holes of Madrigal. The camp has lovely gardens which are watered every day so everything is neat and green. We were given a lovely welcome to the chalet style wooden cottage. Everything you need was there including an Italian coffee percolator. The water pressure in the shower and the water temperature controls were better than in a four star hotel we recently stayed at. We were given advice about walking, and helped with the washing machines by friendly staff. If we were in the area we would go back.
We didn’t like the petrol driven leaf blower action through the designated ‘time of silence’ at the camp on the Thursday afternoon. We spoke to staff about this. They could see that the problem needed attention.
