I want to give my honest review about this place. This is not a place where I would choose to stay again. I ended up asking myself why I came here and why this place was recommended to me in the first place. When I arrived, I came with a friend who had picked me up from the train station. He was the person who recommended the accommodation to me and helped me get there. He stayed with me for about 30 minutes and was not planning to stay overnight. During that time, I received a call from Roberta questioning why I had brought someone with me. I explained that my friend was only visiting briefly and was not staying. My understanding is that many accommodations do not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight, but that does not necessarily mean a guest cannot receive a short visit from a friend. Instead of having a respectful conversation about the rules, I felt that I was approached in a rude and unfriendly manner. From that moment, my experience became very uncomfortable. I felt unwelcome and judged. I did not appreciate the way I was spoken to, and I believe customers should be treated with respect, even when there is a disagreement about house rules. At one point, I became so frustrated that I did not even feel comfortable staying there. I found myself angry and unhappy because I felt I was not being treated fairly. I was told that many different people had been coming and going, but these were people I know, people I work with, people I had plans with, and people from my personal life. I felt that assumptions were being made about me without any attempt to understand the situation. I also felt that my privacy was not respected. I had the impression that I was being constantly monitored, which made me uncomfortable throughout my stay. Because of this, I never felt relaxed or at ease in the accommodation. Another reason for my dissatisfaction is that I felt I was treated differently because I am Black.

Stanza ordinata e pulita e soprattutto un comodo parcheggio privato

Roberta our host met us on the street as we walked down from the train station having given her the train time. She was most welcoming as she showed us the wonderful spacious apartment . She gave us information on where to get bus tickets , bus station is beside the train station . She recommended a nearby restaurant Fovea Bistro - it was so good, and great value that we had dinner there on the two nights of our stay. The breakfast each morning in Cafe Annese was excellent and we also returned there for their delicious pastries and coffee. The nearby park where we walked is a wonderful amenity in the city

Everything was good.

Great room in an excellent location close to the train and bus stations. Well equipped, great shower, great staff.

Did not hear anything from other rooms. However, insullation from street noise is minimal, so you might wake up by people on the street below. Still, overall, a really great find.
