Great location a stones through from the Elizabeth Line. Secure parking and dog friendly. Robert was the most welcoming and gracious of hosts.

We were warmly welcomed at the Swan Guest House, and very much liked our stay. It's only a 5 mins walk to West Drayton to travel into London.

Extremely accommodating, especially upon check out when I had mentioned I had a few hours to wait for a friend to get in from a delayed flight. I was extremely grateful to be told I could wait until 1pm as to not be stranded with nowhere to park. Parking is also free. This is unusual for London!

Not being able to check in until 5pm unless you pay £30 extra. That felt unusually late. That’s why I was particularly grateful for the late check out free of charge.

Great location. The hotel was lovely and cosy, and lovely staff as well. They were happy to accommodate us and give us a ensuite upgrade.
