Swan Guest House LONDON - HEATHROW

The room and ensuite were private and bed was comfortable. There was plenty of storage space. Convenient location if you have booked things to do nearby.

It was extremely basic. No shampoo and conditioner. Even though the photos show a bowl of fruit in the room there was nothing like that. Instant coffee only. I made a mistake in arriving early for my booking and was asked to wait in the garden for 3 hours, which was fine but I couldn’t see why? There was nothing welcoming in the demeanour of the host and I was encouraged to leave early, which I’m glad I did because I found a lovely little pub for breakfast and wished I’s stayed there instead.

I knew I was sharing a bathroom. I didn't know it was down one flight of stairs, through the dining room and then through the kitchen. The room didn't look like the ones in the photos. The photos made it look much more rural, but there was actually quite a lot of street noise.
