Relax Inn

This is an older hotel, with Akzo large suites Werth balconies / or Sea views. Just a short drive from beaches and popular Ballito activities. The staff were welcoming and very friendly, while ensuring all my requests were taken care of . The indian cuisine served at the "Dine inn" restaurant is authentic and very delicious! Expect issues With water & electricity- these are issues common for the area and not caused by the hotel or the staff.

The view was amazing and the lights.

The toilet was leaking, and there were towels placed around it. On available, it was dirty with toilet paper on the floor. When asked why the toilet was leaking, they said they couldn't get fixed. They was no towels in the room to even used. We had to call and request it

Staff was accommodating very friendly.

The room didn't have towels , there was no kettle . Bathroom had no air freshener . Others who also booked had the same experience. Called reception for towels and handled well.
