Leider kein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Lieblose Zimmer, schlechtes Frühstück, kein Wasser auf den Zimmern. Für eine Flasche Wasser aus dem Restaurant wurden 7€ berechnet.

Beliggenhed med kig til Kielerkanalen, hvor det er en oplevelse at se de store skibe sejle forbi dit vindue. Wifi på stedet noget ustabil.

"Cyclist friendly hotel near canal"

I stayed for two nights here in June 2022. It was the Midsummer weekend, and at least then the area was really peaceful. Nord-Ostsee Kanal is just a few steps from the door providing nice area for evening walk watching container ships sailing through canal. Hotel has a restaurant serving traditional german food like schnitzels and wurst. Next to the hotel there's a greek restaurant (huge portions!) and an ice cream bar. Walk to city centre takes around 20 minutes. Pedestrian/cycling tunnel cross the canal is just 50 metres from the hotel. Hotel staff is friendly, breakfast was basic but there was everything you need: coffee, scrambled eggs, bread, cold cuts, orange juice, youghurt... They even let me to keep my bike in their own garage behind locks. Safe feeling. Room is big enough, some noise from inner yards Biergarten but it didn't disturb me at all.

"Kør forbi!!"

Et sted vi ALDRIG skal bo igen!! Vi var tre på et værelse, hvor toilettet var 2 m fra den ene seng - kun adskilt af en foldedør, der larmede fuldstændig vildt når den blev åbnet og lukket. Morgenmaden var acceptabel.

Schönes Haus, super gelegen am Nord-Ostsee-Kanal, Biergarten im Aussenbereich. Sehr gute Essensqualität. Gutes WLan Zimmer sehr klein kaum Platz zum Arbeiten mit dem PC - muffig. Kreditkarten werden nur für die Unterkunft und nicht für das Restaurant akzeptiert.
