"Great B&B"

By far one of the best B&Bs I've ever stayed in - very clean, warm and friendly host. I slept like a baby on my bed, the breakfast was very good.....top marks all round

Soon as we entered the place we found it so friendly . Exceptionally clean , nice and warm and comfortable beds . The miniature bottles of wine was a nice touch . There was bottled water also tea coffee and biscuits . The breakfast was exceptional as much as you wanted ...incl tea coffee or juices. They just couldn't do enough for us. Will definitely reccomend this place . One of the nicest B&B s I've stayed in with the friendliest welcome.

"Amazing place"

Seriously one of the best hotels/B&B's we've ever stayed in! The whole night felt like such a treat. Everything is finished to an exceptionally high standard right down to the smallest details and it felt so homely. We had the best nights sleep. Breakfast was beautiful and the owners couldn't do enough for us. Me and my family would highly recommend, we will definitely be back

"EXCEPTIONAL B&B"

Just got home from Preesall after attending a friend's 50th birthday party. From the time we arrived to leaving our hosts Wade and Sam couldn't do enough for us. They booked us a table at the Black Bull next door where the food was excellent. The room was of a high standard and even had a mini fridge in the wardrobe. The bed was super comfy and breakfast was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble offering endless food and coffee. Also offering tips on nearby attractions. As someone who rarely stays at a B&B the Saracens exceeded all expectations. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends and family. Thank you so much Wade & Sam for an enjoyable stay.

I can't really think of anything to dislike.
