"Good value, but listing description needs to be more clear. Owner was very nice."

The location and price were very good. Owner was very nice.

Listing is confusing. It is unclear that the room is actually within a condo and the owner's bedroom was across the hall. Another family stayed in the room downstairs and you could hear them through the floor. The refrigerator was loud and kicked on and off all night. Shower handle was difficult to turn on and the area rug needed a good vacuuming.

Jim is an excellent host! He gave great directions. Parking was free and easy. Our room was clean and comfortable and well-appointed - big screen tv, reliable wifi, good temp control, toiletries and hair dryer, lots of towels and coffeemaker/ microwave/fridge all in the room. In addition, he made us welcome to use the living room and kitchen. Great value for the price paid.
