The bed is very comfortable. The place is well located to explore its surroundings.

Jim and the other guest were very nice and welcoming.

The location is excellent. One of the trails that takes you to Jacob's Well, is literally in a creek in front of the property.

Everything was fine. No complaints in any way.

The property owner was very hospitable and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. I especially liked that it was only 4 miles from the town center.

Comfortable B&B style offering. The whole space was very clean and cozy. There was everything you would need and more, felt very secure. I would suggest this to anyone needing a simple place to sleep and clean up.

I finally made it to my room a bit late. I had some quick issues with the temp and television settings. I sent a text to Jim (the owner), and he helped me get comfortable for the night. I loved the personal touch you do not see as good as in large hotel chains. Personalized touch with better shampoo, had wet wipes to use, little things like Listerine to use. I met Jim in the morning and thanked him for all the great hospitality. Very nice and genuine man.
