Ogólnie jestem fanką ośrodków Europarcs .

Domek mógł by być chociaż lepiej sprzątany po poprzednich ludziach . Kanapa w salonie tragiczna.

I liked the place and the forest and the location. The whole place was very clean and children friendly.

We had a go a long way to use the bathroom. The rooms were not made for a couple. Not very spacious.

"Otterlo und der Campus sind wirklich sehr schön und wir werden sicher wieder kommen."

Im Grunde hat uns das Camp sehr gut gefallen. Absolut Kindgerecht, viele tolle Angebote für die kleinen. Das Personal super nett und die Häuschen sind sehr süß und gepflegt.

Gefallen hat mir nicht, dass ich bei der Buchung über booking com ein ganz anderes Haus präsentiert bekommen habe. Dieses Häuschen gibt es in dieser Form gar nicht auf dem Campus. Zudem hatten wir weder Gasherd, noch sonst irgendwelche camping Untensilien, da uns auch eine komplett andere Innenausstattung gezeigt wurde. Da ich mit meinem, Kind gebucht hatte, war dies Situation nicht gerade einfach zu managen und vorallem hat es viel mehr Geld gekostet, was ich durchs campen einsparen wollt. Ja, das war dann wohl das erste und letzte Mal, dass ich über booking com gebucht habe. Hätte ich mich im Vorfeld besser über diese Plattform informieren sollen, denn es scheint, es gibt noch viele weitere unzufriedene Kunden, die sogar weitere Schritte gegen booking com eingeleitet haben.

"Améliorations à apporter"

La gentillesse des personnes à l'accueil, l'environnement

Plusieurs choses pourraient être améliorées * manque de crochets dans les chambres et salle de bain * vitres sales dans le séjour (côté cuisine) * porte de la douche non accrochée et donc qui nous tombe sur la tête * horloge ne fonctionne plus (aiguilles tordues, nous l'avons réparée) * heures d'ouverture de l'accueil trop réduites surtout si problème : une grosse tache sur le drap et plus personne pour l'échanger
