The Bluff on Whidbey

The Bluff is a beautiful place to get away. The lovely gardens have both hammocks and a hot tub to really relax and enjoy the view.

We had the most amazing experience staying at the The Bluff on Whidbey. The location is perfect with the most incredible views, the room is homey and clean, the grounds are impeccable (beautiful gardens and resting spots and cutie chickens!) and the the owners are incredibly kind and hospitable (they left us a sample of their delicious wine!). I wish I could give it 10 stars. Will be staying again next time we are back on the island!

We had the most lovely stay here! The views from the bluff are breathtaking! And the accommodations and service was among the best of any place we’ve stayed! The amazing freshly-baked morning pastries, hot tub with views of the bluff, wine with a fire in the evening, everything was perfection. From this location we were able to easily get to a great kayaking trip that left from Bowman Bay and a whale watching tour where we saw a humpback that left from Skyline Marina. Fantastic views, great location, and lovely accommodations! Can’t wait to plan our next trip!

Super relaxing weekend getaway! Loved the views, hot tub, kind touches like complimentary tasty pastries in the mornings, and would absolutely come back again.

This is the most clean establishment ive stayed in. Sparkling spotless. No exaggeration.

This was a beautiful start to a great road trip. Everything was comfortable, cozy, and quiet. The view is spectacular. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast is amazing! Heated floor in the bathroom is a life changer if you are from warmer climates and not used to the Pacific Northwest. Hosts are gracious and accommodating. The B&B is about 10-15 minutes from town for restaurants but that is part of its charm. We loved the quiet. The only recommendation I have it bring a sleep mask. The most gorgeous sunrises I have ever seen happen outside your picture window but it does make it hard to sleep in. But, waking for the sunrise over Mt Baker is worth it!

Such a beautiful property. The views are absolutely breathtaking! The garden is so lovely. Such a tranquil place to spend a weekend. Robin and Jim are wonderful hosts. The food (we had scones and breakfast burritos) were so tasty. We were very happy with our stay in the Cicero room. Can't wait to go back!
