Relais Chiaramonte

Het is echt een waanzinnige locatie met een meer geweldig uitzicht over de olijfgaarden en achterin de zee. De tuin stond vol met geurende bloemen en kleurrijke vlinders. Het ontbijt is enorm gevarieerd en creatief, niet van die standaard dingen en alles zelfgemaakt. De kamer is prima en het personeel is enorm behulpzaam en aardig. Je zit met 11 minuten aan zee en met dik 20 min in een mooie stad dus fijne uitvalsbasis. We hebben er ‘s avonds ook 2x gegeten wat echt een aanrader is. Dus ja, we komen heel graag terug.

Ik vond zelf de familiekamer niet zo leuk ingedeeld maar we hadden ook nog een 2 persoonskamer en die was top.

De ligbedjes aan het zwembad klappen makkelijk in als je er verkeerd op gaat zitten, iedere dag vielen er wel meerdere mensen (was opzich best vermakelijk haha)

Traumhafte Unterkunft, mit super Pool, tollem Ausblick und klasse Frühstück. Mit dem Auto kann man mehrere wunderschöne Orte schnell erreichen.

La ubicació és preciosa, tothom ens va atendre de forma excel·lent, la piscina és bonica i amb bones vistes, i l'esmorzar va ser deliciós.

Res... per dir una tonteria: les hamaques de la piscina es plegaven amb facilitat sense voler i més d'un va caure!

Breakfast was quite ok however availability of offering was flowing with very limited availability at some moments, especially around 9:00, very small selection of fresh vegetables and meat products, very wide selection of sweets but the coffee was really great. View from the hotel is spectacular. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

There are a lot of things what you expect from hotel with 9,0 rate in Booking. First of all cleanness: pool was not cleaned on daily basis as you can see same dirt in pool from day to day (insects floating into water, sand on pool floor etc.) and I saw that private pool stairs and sides were covered with green light algae. Cleaning service was doing a lot to take care of bed linen however floors in room were not cleaned properly and were sandy. Most of the sunshades next to pool were broken and sun loungers were so unstable that I personally saw around 10 people falling apart with those. During our stay there were wedding on Saturday evening so pool for hotel guests was closed at 4PM what from my perspective it is not ok, as when we came back from sea pool was closed already, we are staying and paying for our stay and that is not acceptable that such things happen due to events at hotel. And then the worst thing: during our stay for 2 days road works were done in hotel parking lot and drive in from road: due to that reason we were not able to enter the hotel territory with car and as there were no parking available on the road we were forced to search for parking space on a field near to hotel. There were no info from hotel that such works will be done and there were no info were to park a car, there were even guests who were not able to leave the hotel due to this reason. Road works were started at 5:30 AM in the morning and there were such machinery used that hotel was shaking... thats what you do not expect during your vacation... Due to all those reasons I will not return...

Uitzicht is waanzinnig! Prachtig zwembad en het complex is mooi opgezet. Heel schoon (ruikt overal ook lekker) en het ontbijt is goed verzorgd. Fijn geholpen bij de receptie!

De ligbedden zijn aan vervanging toe :). En we denken ook dat het complex nóg mooier zal worden met nieuwe bedden.

I liked the location about 15 min drive from Marina di Ragusa and the view we had from the pool and brake fast area. Pool was very comfortable. Some things we didn't like the room was for 3 person's and they give us 2 double beds so the room space became a little bit restricted and the mattresses where very soft not so comfortable. The bathroom was very comfortable with a walking shower and very clean.

We liked the brake fast it was very good and planty of food, fruit and sweets.
