It is right by the lake and beach. The home is welcoming and comfortable. Everyone made us feel right at home. I would stay there again!

I booked your hotel in the car on the way to Sirmione. After booking, when money was taken from my account, I received a message that I would be fined extra (20-40 Euros) if I didn't arrive by 18.00. So I was forced to change my plans and drive faster, it was additional stress. I'm traveling a lot every year, but such situation I'm facing first time. When leaving we had to pay an extra 4 Eur for breakfast, I don't really understand what we ate too much?! Breakfast was included in total price when we booked hotel. The fridge in the room was noisy and had to be switch off at night at the risk of spoiling products. The TV often filed like an old and slow computer if switched channels too quickly.

nice, clean, quiet environment with a lot of living space, good breakfast, owner's responsiveness, parking availability, easy to find. we came to rest for a weekend and this place is/was perfect for that.

Cozy and clean room with comfortable mattress and enough space. Hosts are very kind and friendly, the hospitality is 5*. Very good breakfast, freshly made pancakes and cakes with good coffee and plant based milk if you need. The lake is very close even it can be seen from the room, the old town of Sirmione is about a half an hour walk, but it is doable. Good recommendations regarding restaurants and sights.
