The outdoor terrace with pool was stunning. The villa was clean and beautiful.

We were a bit surprised that there was a bedroom in the living room, it made it a little bit difficult to socialise in the villa.

Wow, what a place! The views are stunning and the Villa Gecco is beautiful. Tom answered my SO many questions about activities and food options. They have a book at the villa that provides options but he always responded quickly to my inquiries. And the massage offered through the villas by Linda was the best I've ever had. She helped with some ongoing issues and I felt so much better after she worked on me (I fit in two sessions during our 4 days there). I would highly recommend staying here while in Koh Tao.

The location is not very walkable, but they do have a taxi service to get where you want to go.

What can you say.... I doesn't get much better than this when it comes to accommodation. This is our second stay at Villa Sabai Jai. This trip we were a group of 19 and booked out all 3 Villa to accommodate us all, however you cannot beat the 'Eagle Villa'. Most amazing view and bedroom accommodation. Just Bliss! Tom the owner communicated well and helped organise trips. Kitchen facilities terrific.

Due to the hilliness of the area out group found it difficult to move between the 3 Villa. Turtle and Gecco are side by side which was great, however getting to and from the Eagle was a 10 min steep walk. Breakfast was included on our trip 5 years ago. Nowadays it is not included. A shame as you need to bring breakfast provisions with you as not easy to get into town. Would even be great if basic provisions were provided with the option of pay if use..

The view is just amazing. The house is very comfortable, and well equipped. Everything is very clean, the AC works very well.

The soundproofing of the house is very poor. ( no ceiling insulation) It's located on top of a steep hill at the intersection of paths that are used by scooters, pickups trucks and other vehicles . ( the engines are loud , due to the slope). There were Buildings being constructed in the neighborhood, with the noise pollution that comes with it.
