Kingfisher Retreat @ Eden Cove

The house is big and the view is amazing, although the service is really bad. The whole house has no tissue boxes, no supply of shampoo, body wash.. etc, and only had 2 toilet paper rolls in my room for 3 nights. The floor is dirty and bed sheets had stains. When I asked the staff questions, they didn’t reply until after my trip.

Master bathroom door lock faulty - when someone got locked in there, we called the owner but there was no answer. There were no bedside lamps in the master bedroom - very odd. Air con didn’t seem to work in one of the bedrooms.

I like the structure of the property and every room was very comfortable to stay there.

There was nothing that i don’t like about the property everything is perfectly made

Location was good - quiet. Spacious.

Property was nice. Might need to refresh some of the pots/pans as the non-stick surfaces have gone. Batteries in the remotes need to be changed. Otherwise quite nice.

When we arrived on the first afternoon, we were pleasantly surprised to find many kangaroos standing on the grass verge by the road. The children were extremely excited.

The bottom of the frying pan is uneven, making it unable to heat evenly on the electric stove. The pillows in the room are too thin, uncomfortable to sleep on.

Big size property without the big price tag. Easily accessible with a large garage space for unloading any of those bulky sports equipment.

There's no dryer.
