La patronne est très agréable, très serviable, et parle parfaitement l’anglais. Bon emplacement si vous êtes sur le “Cammino”.

Abbiamo apprezzato soltanto la comodità dei retti e la colazione ricca, ma salone spartano, Unica signora cuoca e tuttofare, gentile ma in disordine

Camera mediocre, ragnatele ed insetti morti, ambienti interni ed esterni poco curati. Colazione nella sede centrale ad 1km di distanza

La posizione con vista sulle colline Cena e colazione perfetta

La salita un po’ scoscesa ma il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e ci ha accompagnato fino a destinazione

Bello il paesaggio e la posizione immersa nella natura. Posto silenzioso e rilassante.Ottimo per rigenerarsi

Breakfast was excellent, although I don't usually have pastries in the morning i couldn't resist these. We had to drive to the restaurant for breakfast which was fine. The view was spectacular. We had booked our break during the busiest and noisiest time in Arpino. We were close enough to drive to the village in day but far enough to escape the noise.

A little more signposting to the farmhouse. I am a very experienced driver but still managed to take wrong turns - satnav is not reliable for this venue and i ended up in dirt roads. The road, if you could call it that, it was more of a narrow track, was daunting. Had I been a nervous, inexperienced driver i would not have negotiated it. You get exactly what it says on the website - beds and a bathroom. I would suggest you take a travel kettle, tea and coffee is you want a late night drink. A few snacks too. There is a fridge so you could buy drinks and keep them fresh.
