Loved our stay here. Great location, fun interiors very inkeeping with the area, staff were very friendly and helpful.

Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast. Location was good for easy access to a nice part of the city. There was a bus stop right across the street that you could take downtown or farther. We took it to Vina del Mar without changing buses. We had access to the kitchen and were able to warm up leftovers for lunch from a restaurant dinner we had the night before.

Lots of stairs would be daunting for someone who is not fit. Also it was up a pretty steep hill. Walking up hill from downtown was not a long walk but it was a strenuous climb. The wifi worked but could have been better. Cellular data worked fine.

The owner is a lovely and helpful man and the two ladies who work there are also lovely. We didn't have access to the kitchen area as it was being refurbished but we were provided with a good breakfast in the upstairs kitchen. I really liked the area but we were warned to be careful in this area at night by our taxi driver. We would stay here again.
