Very helpful host, very clear instructions for the check-in and check-out process, the apartments were clean and well equipped, comfortable beds, all apartments have air conditioner. There are many restaurants and shops in the area, close to metro stations, bus stations, easy to find parking on the streets around, even if it was crowded.

You are not allowed to smoke anywhere on the balcony, only outside in front of the building on the street, there is a kindergarten at ground floor, maybe that's why.

The apartment itself was well presented and clean. It lacked basics like an iron and had a few maintenance issues that would have improved things. The shower head for instance couldn't be held by the holder as the holder kept spinning as wasn't fitted properly. The check in process was a highlight. Very detailed.

The location while great once you leave the complex itself was disgusting. During the three days there was just rubbish everywhere, stank of urine, the building staircase was completely rotten and came back to find a condom under my shoe on the stairs. The apartment deserves a better building. The apartment is 3 "stars. The building is - 3stars

L’emplacement était parfait on se trouver à proximité de tout nous avons tout fais pied ! Le logement était très propre et fonctionnel pour un week-end et super abordable je recommande !

Je dirai peut être le lit un peu dur avec le matelas fin mais à pars ça tout était parfait

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per 3 giorni con il mio fidanzato e purtroppo l’esperienza è stata molto deludente.Fin dal nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto una sensazione di scarsissima sicurezza:nelle scale spesso c’erano delle persone poco affidabili e a terra si trovava di tutto (meglio se non elenco),dando un’impressione generale di ASSOLUTO DEGRADO. La sera inoltre,non era tranquillo rientrare troppo tardi,proprio perché non ci sentivamo sicuri. Un’altro aspetto super negativo è stato l’IGIENE. L’appartamento non era assolutamente pulito:polvere evidente,bagno poco curato e una generale mancanza di attenzione alla pulizia. Inoltre, la cosa più grave è stato che per un soggiorno di 3 giorni, ci è stato fornito 1 solo asciugamano a me e al mio fidanzato,il chè assolutamente insufficiente,poco professionale e sopratutto POCO IGIENICO. Nel complesso, non consiglio assolutamente questo posto. Con un minimo di cura in più per sicurezza,pulizia e servizi essenziali, l’esperienza sarebbe stata sicuramente molto diversa.
