"Nice hotel people, terrible tour experience"

Very nice people and customer service (except the tour company they arranged us). Room small but ok for the price. A/C ok. Hot water in the wc and swimming pool was also ok.

Breakfast sausages were terrible. They arranged a tour for us to the Underground Princess River, but the tour guide was honestly the worst we’ve had in all our trips to the Philippines. It was the most expensive tour, yet the whole experience felt subpar. The guide made it even worse—distracted, giving wrong information, and overall unpleasant. The hotel did let us use the showers after the tour and provided transport to the airport, which we appreciated, but it didn’t make up for such a disappointing tour. Even if it wasn’t directly their fault, they should partner with better tour companies.
