Too bad the pool was out of order, but at least the ambiance is pretty nice. It's quite cozy, and the owner is very heartwarming. :) The place also has a very good reception for wi-fi.

For its price, it's good for a layover stay. Not the luxurious kind, but it's a good value. Maybe a few bug sprays could solve the issue on tiny cockroaches in the bathroom area, but I can't complain much. It is still a good price.

Quiet most of the times and breakfast included. Front desk staff super helpful. Free transport to airport

The staff were kind and helpful. This was the only positive about this hotel.

The rooms smelled really bad. We booked 3 rooms for our family. Two of the rooms smelled badly of moth balls. One of the rooms had a musty smell. The bathroom was FULL of mold and the bed felt damp from all the moisture. The pool was cloudy in colour.

Near the airport

Breakfast was hit and miss - choice of eggs and pancakes or eggs and toast n jam. Some days great and on one day they forgot but soon remedied. Air con worked well.....and wonderful to get free airport transfer.

Location is out in the eastern part of the city near to a small WW2 museum and end of airport runway. PEO Rd was easy access but final 50m to hotel was terribly bumby......Tricycles had difficulty. 100PHP ride to city centre - too far to walk. Noisy dogs on site....disturbed sleep. Late arriving guests using the pool area after 1am was unwelcome. Had to tell them to shut up.
