Le personnel était très serviable et l endroit très propre. Le seul point c est les possibilités de stationnement. Il y a deux stationnement payant près . Pour ce qui est du stationnement de rue c est très difficile.

Fabrizio was helpful and friendly. Room was a good size. Good wifi, quiet location at night.

The location was not good. Palermo is not an easy place to navigate as public transportation is not reliable and it is a big city. The location was not conducive for moving around quickly. We were rushed in the morning to get out for cleaning :/

It’s in the middle of down town, and easy to walk around the city. Parking is really hard, but the owner helped us find a spot. The property is in a very good part of town. The linen was changed every day. He was helpful suggesting restaurants and places to go.

Good location to visit the Historical District by walking. Fabrizio is an excellent host. Gives you great suggestions. Be aware: parking can be difficult as it is on street only.

A tremendously kind and welcoming host. The guest house was beautifully appointed and in a very central location. Comfortable beds and everything was spotless. A very generous continental breakfast was served each morning in an equally lovely breakfast room. I would highly recommend this spot as an alternative to a traditional hotel.

It’s not really centrally located but it’s a very homey B&B. Fabrizio is a fantastic host and he makes sure that you feel at home. It’s not a fancy hotel but it was perfect for us!

Fabrizio is an excellent host who provided us with everything we needed, enabled late check-in and was incredibly responsive. The rooms are very clean, the view is wonderful and we were overall extremely satisfied with everything.
