I loved everything about it,it was spotlessly clean and Fabrizio couldnt have been more helpful. Unfortunately I fell and broke my arm on day two. He came to the hospital every day to make sure I had everything I needed. I would highly recommend this property to everyone and I hope to go back next year.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene presso questa struttura. Il punto forte è la simpatia e la disponibilità di Fabrizio, il padrone di casa. Le stanze sono pulite e fornite, ma se manca qualcosa basta chiedere che vi verrà subito fornita qualsiasi cosa. La posizione è comoda trovandosi a circa 2 km delle vie più frequentate.

Il b&b è vicino a tanti punti di interessi, il parcheggio si trova gratis facendo giusto qualche giro nell attesa che qualcuno esca, il proprietario decanta la sua città e da tanti consigli. Colazione casereccia, forse solo la pulizia qualche lacuna, xche x 2 gg non dico il cambio asciugamani, ma almeno rifare il letto era necessario...ed attrezzarsi x il pagamento con bancomat ..

The B&B is just like the photos, very very clean and price-worthy. The host was helpful and kind, and gave us lots of suggestions of things to do around Palermo. We would stay here again.

Great stay with with a wonderful host. Fabrizio was extremely accommodating with all aspects of our stay. The location allowed us to walk to everything we wanted to visit in town. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely wonderful. Centrally located. Parking on the street (I parked across the street from the hotel)free and completely safe. Easy walk to all the sights. Frabrizzio couldn't do enough for us. I felt like I was visiting a friend instead of staying at a hotel. Wonderful breakfast and facilities if you want to make something on your own. The room was large, comfortable and spotless.

Lovely hotel in a very central location with a delicious breakfast. Fabrizio the owner, is very helpful, providing useful tips for a stay in Palermo. Highly recommended.

1. Our room was available at 15:45 only. We saw the owner cleaning the floor with a simple dry broom. 2. The shower's faucet was broken and the owner told us some story to excuse himself for this lack. 3. The bedsheets were not ironed and it seems they've not been changed from the last guest. 4. One of the 2 towels was dry and the other one wet. 5. Breakfast was very poor, even no cheese and no eggs. ... and you mentioned this hotel as "Exceptional" ??? You must be joking !!! In light of the above, we strongly suggest to seriously change tit from "Exceptional" to what you think should be according to our above comments.
