Hosteria Pampallacta

Staff was rude, they did not care about the customer. A member of the staff walked into our room without even knocking on the door. Then the owner was making excuses for the guy instead of apologizing to us. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had on a hotel. Do not recommend staying here. A guy may walk into your room in the middle of the night.

What a beautiful hosteria. The stone work to the hotspring fed tub in the room to the fire place. We went to dinner and came back to a warm fire in the fire place and a tub full of hot spring water. And the 3 on-site pools were beautiful. The biggest pool was pretty hot and had a small slide for kids and a nearby cold plung. Then there's a small pool in a building that feels like bathing in a cave. One of the things we wanted to do in Papallacta was birdwatching and this place delivered. Right from the hostel is a hiking trail up the forested slope behind the property. So many beautiful birds. And for breakfast the waiter had no problem providing us a delicious vegan meal. Only thing missing was an espresso machine.

Wonderful hotel 200 meters from the main ‘termas’. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The two pools are great and very private. The dining room was a little cold, but the breakfast was delicious.

Very accommodating and friendly staff. Great restaurant and thermal baths. Rooms are rustic with wood burning fireplaces.

We had a great time, the family room Is very rustic and we loved it. The chimney warmed us up and it was fun to have it on. We loved the thermal pools, the food was excellen!

It is a good place to stay, the service is excellent! Vey nice and polite people. However, the facilities are a little bit old

I loved staying here, getting to use a private hot spring for an hour plus the tub in the room was great. Food was good.
