Sehr schöne Anlage mit tollem Pool. Hilfsbereites Personal. Als unser Nachbar die ganze Nacht laut war, wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten und wir konnten in der Nacht umziehen.

Lage :-( Das Resort liegt mitten auf der Insel, kein Restaurant in der Nähe. Auch zum Strand kommt man nur mit dem Scooter. Falls überhaupt einer zu finden ist.

Struttura grande e davvero incantevole, staff eccezionale. La piscina è grande e l’acqua pulita, la colazione la migliore da quando siamo in Vietnam, inoltre è molto varia sia per occidentali che non. Il bungalow pulito e ti rifacevano la stanza tutti i giorni cambiando ogni cosa. C’è inoltre la possibilità di noleggiare il motorino e cambiare i soldi. Unica cosa da tenere presente quando si prenota che rimane distante un po da tutto, il resort infatti è situato nel centro dell’isola immerso nella vegetazione, quindi è obbligatorio prendere un taxi o noleggiare il motorino per spostarsi. Il resort comunque organizza anche dei tour volendo. La cucina è praticamente sempre aperta dal mattino fino alla sera alle 10 pm, quindi si può tranquillamente pranzare e cenare in hotel cucina ottima. Il bar della piscina è molto funzionale se si decide di passare la giornata in piscina offre praticamente di tutto dai drink al mangiare. Lo staff è bravissimo ci hanno coccolato ed aiutato ogni momento della vacanza. Grazie siamo stati benissimo

Tolle Anlage, sehr gepflegt, sehr nettes Personal besonders an der Rezeption.

The rooms are good, the resort is peaceful and good.

The staff and service is the worst service I have experienced till now in any overseas holiday. They do not know what hospitality is all about. They would charge you for every small thing even a tea bag! The staff is not at all cooperative and cordial. The manager too is not supportive. We felt stuck but had no option but to continue the stay as we didn’t want to look for another stay and waste time.
