Appartamento nuovo e spazioso in pieno centro storico, vicino a ristoranti e alla spiaggia. L'host gentilissima e super disponibile, ci ha dato molte informazioni utili.

Secondo piano senza ascensore. Non ha un parcheggio privato (è in zona Ztl) e a fine luglio non è sempre stato semplice trovare un parcheggio vicino in quelli a pagamento (si può fare l'abbonamento mensile per le strisce blu a 20€).

Stairs

A recently furbished nicely decorated & well equipped apartment with good views from the balcony. Laura the host was very helpful especially with car parking arrangements.

There were 45 stair steps in total to reach the apartment. Not so easy for those getting on in years.

Property was impeccably remodeled. Efficient use of space. Rooftop deck was fantastic. Host was very helpful.

Three flights up - 64 steps to the apartment.

The area was very central, close to the port, beach, restaurants and shops. It was quiet, without much traffic. The hostess, Laura, was very nice and helpful. For example, when we hung out the towels to dry and it rained, she brought us new clean ones. She also drove us to the airport for a reasonable price. The kitchen was well equipped, also including a washing machin. We were two friends, and the appartement was perfect for us, and with a good sofa, we were very comfortable in the appartement.

There was no window in the living room, but we opened the doors to the bedrooms where there were big windows. Two balconies also helped.

The location was not excellent, easy to get around, lots of restaurants in the vicinity.

The 2 flights of stairs to get to the apartment were hard.

We had a wonderful stay ! Great apartment, superb balcony, perfect location, really thoughtful and helpful hosts. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again in a heartbeat.

The apartment is in a great location near a pedestrian zone and a wide selection of restaurants. The flat is very comfortable and quiet and the air conditioning works perfectly. Laura was a fantastic host and helped us at every step along the way, including helping me figure out a parking ticket!

There are no real cons, except the parking situation near the apartment can be rather tricky. I received a 27 Euro ticket for parking the wrong way in the street. But you'll always find a spot if you're willing to drive around a bit.
