The quality of the furnishings is not good. The structure is a room rental not a contemporary bnb.

Andrea is so kind, attentive, and helpful! Truly was a great host. The place was what was expected and very clean.

You are on a busy street so it can be loud

Good location 35minutes away by foot from Cagliari’s historic center. Silvia is an excellent host and gave us very useful tips about the highlights of Cagliari. The beds are comfortable and we slept well.

The external appearance of the property especially the entrance might give a wrong impression but overall cannot complain…good enough for a short stay.

Casa Diaz is a good accomodation with very good cost-benefit to stay in Cagliari. The room is very clean and has everything you need., the bed is confortable and we had a good time in Cagliari. We came for a conference and it attended our expectation. Andrea is an excelent host, always willing to help.

Kitchen is absent

1. Very nice host and facilities - free coffee and water, fridge, good wi-fi, quite clean 2. Free parking around - Pay attention : in the evening, when you try to park in this free public parking, there are Afrikaans who asks for 2 Eur or more parking. Otherwise, you can have surprises. We parked around outside that parking - for free. 3. Location - pretty close to city center - 1,5 km walk

Street location, old windows no fonic isolation - unfortunately, vey, very noisy Saturday night - many cars, motos who accelerates, people who talking under the window - there is a big intersection and a boulevard close to the room.
