Great location. Fabulous value for money

Gorgeous little hotel, had everything we needed and in a good location

Great location. Cheap. Good value. Had a kettle and a balcony. Everything in good order.

No parking for our car. Room a bit noisy at night with traffic. We should have got a room at the back of the hotel.

The location was very good, the staff was extremely helpful. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The room was big, clean, the beda was very comfortable. We had a balcony in our room, so there was lot of natural light. It is close to the old city.

Everything was perfect.

The room was clean and modern.

No elevator so had to carry a heavy bag to 4th floor. I had a confirmed check-in at 2pm a couple of months ago but when I arrived I was told I would get the room 2 hours later. 2 hours later I was told to wait another hour. Then I was told it was due to an electrical fault when I asked and no door could open without electricity . When I finally got the room there was no safty box working in the room. Only when I said I was thinking about changing hotel they want to try change the batteries and then it worked. I don't know if it was a language barrier but incredibly poor information and customer service during the stay.
