"unclean!"

Despite prepaying for a stay at this hotel, I was forced to seek alternative accommodation immediately upon arrival. The issues began right in the lobby, where I was confronted with an unpleasant and intense odor suggesting a severe lack of hygiene. This initial suspicion was further confirmed when I inspected the room assigned to me. Finding an unclean and neglected environment made me feel uncomfortable and compelled me to decide against staying. I cannot say that I am merely disappointed, as this feeling is overwhelmed by concern for the basic lack of cleanliness and maintenance. It is unacceptable for a hospitality business to leave such a first impression on its customers. I hope management takes this review as a wake-up call and undertakes concrete steps to improve conditions, starting with raising cleanliness standards and eliminating the sources of the bad smell.
