Check-in was at 3pm. No details regarding check-in were sent prior to the check-in. I called many times seeking information but was told that the information would be provided to me at 3pm however no details were sent. @4pm l was still chasing for the details. At around 4:30pm thats when they decided to tell me that the place wasn't ready and the cleaners hadn't been around to clean. The most frustrating thing is that they could have apologised and gave me a heads up than for me to travel then having to wait. In addition l had a night shift in stoke and my plan was to check in at 3 then sleep for 2hours before going to work but this was not made possible for me. They decided to give me the keypad code after they told me the place wasn't ready. l waited an hour for the cleaners to show up. The place wasn't ready till after 6pm. l literally managed to change and go to work without sleeping after travelling the whole day. l never got any apologies or whatsoever, although l had informed them about me going to work. The day of the checkout l asked for late check out because on check in the property wasn't made available to me till 3hours later of the original time. Therefore l wanted 3 hours added to the checkout time. They ignored me my messages on whatsapp although they read them. Worst place ever!

I liked that the property was clean, and centralized to most places in Stoke-on-Trent. I didn't like the check in procedure as there is no one there to give you guidance as to the location of the keys to open the front door to get into the property. Its a so called "self check-in" procedure with a little key box on the outside which makes it very unsafe for the guest who may be new to the area, to be standing outside the property with their luggage fondling with these keys to get inside. It also pose a threat to uninvited or unscheduled guest as I was faced with an incident whereby someone was staying at the property who was not a registered guest which resulted in the involvement of the Police.
